Hi ladies it's me again, happy Tuesday, and happy December! Oh my goodness I can't believe we're in December the last month of the year! Wow! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is called "Dealing With Difficult Times During The Holidays". Ladies this topic is near and dear to my heart for a number of reasons. I remember dealing with that myself when we went through COVID five years earlier (I hope y'all haven't forgotten that) and I've dealt with loss of loved ones too. Folks we know that though the holidays can be the "most wonderful time of the year" it can be the most difficult. Remember the previous blog I wrote about "The 400 Years Of Silence"? I mentioned how that impacted the Jews with their struggles and how it relates today? Some of you maybe looking forward to Christmas while others are dreading it and that can be for many reasons. Number one you may have lost a loved one. How many of y'all know grief is very complex. Maybe you lost a parent, spouse, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, a child, or even a pet. Loss is never easy by any means and you have to carry on without them. Folks I know that all too well because I went through it and we know that grief has its stages. There's shock/denial, sadness, anger, bargaining, and acceptance. That's tough to deal with during the regular part of the year but the holidays makes it all the more harder to deal with. The holidays maybe hard because you lost a job or dealing with financial challenges. I believe this is something people address throughout the year but rarely mention that during the holidays. In fact I have a book coming out soon that addresses that very issue. (I'll let y'all know when it's available on Amazon.) Some people may worry how they'll afford rent, food to eat much less Christmas gifts to buy for others. Jobs can be difficult to find and my heart goes out to people who deal with that. Others the holidays maybe difficult because of unresolved family drama. Oh my goodness that can be a pain in the behind. Maybe you have to deal with a relative (you know who they are) that aren't the easiest to get along with. Maybe you're not looking forward to being with them and have to pray for extra measure of grace to deal with them. For others they maybe single, divorced, or widowed making the holidays feel lonely even if they're around people. Maybe watching love movies is too much for them. For others they may have a loved one incarcerated and folks I've been there too. I've had family members and even someone dear right now dealing with this! Friends I want y'all to know if you're struggling emotionally for these reasons and more you're not alone. In fact "the first Christmas" wasn't glamorous by any means. Remember how I mentioned in the previous blog before Jesus arrived on Christmas night how dark the world was? Rome oppressed Israel, Herod the Great sadly was no better. (Remember he tried to destroy Jesus along with the boys of Bethlehem after the Magi returned home. That's for another blog.) There was corruption in spiritual leadership too during that time. But that's when Jesus needed to come the most. He revealed Himself on flesh in form of a baby to a peasant Virgin girl and carpenter in Bethlehem to bring light in a dark world. His birth not only brought hope and comfort to Mary and Joseph but to the shepherds later the Magi and to the world at large that neither Jesus or the Father forgot about humanity. Ultimately Christ's coming was to bring the world salvation that's available then and now. Ladies if you're feeling heavy during this time of year know that God knows. In fact the Bible promises that if you lost a loved one our Lord is our Comforter. If there's family drama pray about it and ask God to fend for you. When there's lack of employment or finances remember God as Jehovah Jireh out Provider. If you're loved one is incarcerated well best thing you can do is pray for them and find ways to communicate with them while not forgetting to keep living your life and trust God to deal with them. For those who are divorced, widowed, or single (as I am), one of Jesus names is Emmanuel is "God is with us". He's with us in the good and bad times throughout the year and the same is true if you're dealing with difficulties during the holidays too. That doesn't mean that things will get any easier but it does remind us if He's with us during the regular part of the year He's with us now as we remember His birth. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies and if anyone is in a season like this, you're in my prayers. This is one of my raw blogs to share with y'all and pray it encourages y'all. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families had a great Thanksgiving holiday three days ago as did I. My folks watched football (not my thing sorry people), we ate great food, had family time, and played a ton of games though some loved ones tried to cheat lol. Guests also brought side dishes which helped cut down the cooking for mom and I which helped a lot. (Side note I did help cook a couple of dishes as did Mom.) The crazy part was I got to go to three Thanksgiving services in one week! I went to my church "New Life Assembly Of God Church" Sunday morning November 23rd and did Bible study Sunday night, and went back to "Discover Church's" Thanksgiving Eve service Wednesday night November 26th after cooking and recording a music video! I taught my student on Monday and Tuesday so she and I could have off the rest of the week. That's how my Thanksgiving week went in a nutshell. Anyhow the title of this blog is called "The 400 Years Of Silence". Y'all maybe thinking "What's the big deal about that?" I know that may seem strange to write about that especially after coming out of Thanksgiving holiday. How our calendar works is we celebrate Thanksgiving holiday during the month of November and in December celebrate Christmas and New Year's. Well before the first Christmas, it wasn't quite like that. Do you ladies remember the Old Testament prophets? You know they were major prophets and minor prophets right? (Side note major prophets meant they had more writings and minor prophets had lesser writings in them.) You maybe thinking. "What does that have to do with the 400 years silence?" First why did God send the Old Testament prophets? Well to share about the coming Messiah our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Another reason was to rebuke the Jews for their sin and to repent for it and another reason was to talk about the future. Well after the book of Malachi (a minor prophet) and before the book of Matthew in the New Testament there were 400 years of silence! No word from a prophet, an angel, no word from the Lord, no visions no dreams no nothing! What took place during that time? Well do y'all remember learning about the "Dark Ages" in history? If you don't remember that was a time of both natural and spiritual darkness until the "Reformation Age". (That was during the time of Martin Luther who came out of that period too.) Well the 400 years of silence was like that as well too. There was much corruption in both the political and spiritual leadership. Sound familiar? Many of you ladies know that Rome oppressed the Jews and the Jews were living in exile in their own homeland. Y'all know how brutal the Roman soldiers could be if y'all have seen movies and stage plays about it. They overburdened the people with taxes, they'd even kidnap daughters from families who couldn't pay their debt among other things! Don't forget that Herod the Great was in power during that time and if you know anything about Herod the Great he was a brutal man. Historians say he killed his wives and some of his kids just to secure his throne! I know right? (Side note Herod the Great had sons that survived him such Archelaus and Antipas that eventually ruled Israel after he died.) By the time Jesus came on the scene, (as well as the Magi visiting Israel) Herod the Great was a old man by then. (I'll share more about that when I write the blog about Baby Jesus and the Magi about Herod the Great.) There were spiritual leaders who were misrepresenting God during that point as well too. Again that's nothing new isn't it? The Jews were getting so desperate from all of that and called out to God the Father for help. But the Jews didn't know that God was working behind the scenes getting the world ready to prepare for the first coming of Christ that we're going to celebrate during Christmas time. Are you ladies dealing with some difficult stuff right now. You pray but sense God is silent? Is there a situation you're in that is unresolved and wonder when will change happen? That's how the Jews felt during that time. Ladies I don't always understand why sometimes it takes awhile for God to answer prayers or answer period. Someone told me a long time ago. "Trust God's heart when you don't understand what His hand is doing". That's great advice when stuff doesn't make sense. God is working in the midst of the silence. God is working even though everything seems to be a mess. God is working even though our natural eyes can't see. That was true during the Jews 400 years of silence and it's true today. I believe before we celebrate Christmas which is the time of Christ's birth, we need not forget what led up to it. That's the purpose of the blog to remember the tension, uneasiness, and unanswered questions the Jews felt during an extended period of time. In another blog I'll share about dealing with the challenges of the holidays more in depth and how to lean on God during that time. Thankfully the 40/ year silence didn't last forever because the New Testament would occur and I'll share more about that as we approach the month of December what took place after that. Ladies you and I'd hard seasons won't last forever and God in His time will bring us out and answer our prayers. It may not be the timing we want but His timing is always best. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called "Thanksgiving Holiday History". I know many of us will be celebrating Thanksgiving holiday in two days but how many people know the history behind it? Well as I prayed and did much research I was surprised what information I found about the history of Thanksgiving holiday. The first Thanksgiving holiday took place in 1621 the same year that the Pilgrims arrived in America. Many of us know that the Pilgrims were Christians who lived in England but left England because they wanted the freedom to worship God however they wanted. They sailed on the Mayflower on the Atlantic Ocean and after a long voyage and tumultuous travel they made it to America! Because of that, their hearts were full of gratitude and along with the Indians they had a three day feast with shellfish, turkey, and various foods being thankful the Pilgrims made it to America safely. Yes ladies that's right it started off as a three day holiday not just a one day holiday! It wouldn't be until President Abraham Lincoln in 1863 declared it as a national holiday and it's been celebrated nationally since then. But it wouldn't be until 1941 that President Franklin D Roosevelt (President during the Great Depression and World War 2) that he signed an order for Thanksgiving holiday to be on the fourth Thursday of November each and every year. Wow! Ladies it started with the Pilgrims in 1621 and then two Presidents felt it was important to make it a national holiday. Here's the thing ladies. We all should be thankful all throughout the year right? Of course I know I can get better at that. However, Thanksgiving holiday is a wonderful time to pause and remember what happened this past year or possibly past week to remember God's faithfulness. In fact the Bible says in Psalm 103 to forget not God's benefits. What benefits is the Psalmist talking about? Well things like our sins being forgiven, our bodies being healed, God crowning us with love and compassion, God renewing our youth like the eagles, and God satisfying our mouth with good things. When I think of God satisfying our mouth with good things I think about the delicious food that I'll help make and get to eat on Thanksgiving holiday! I'm sure you ladies maybe thinking about that as well too. When I used to help out in Sunday school for the kindergartens at my former church "Discover Church" (I currently am a member at "New Life Assembly Of God Church") me and my assistant teacher used to ask kids what they were thankful for after the Bible lesson! Kids would have to say they were thankful for family, vacation, a toy, their clothes etc. I didn't think much about it at the time but it was teaching kids early to find small or big things to be thankful for. Well ladies if a child can and should do that how much more should we adults find things big and small to be thankful for? I know that's easier said than done since I sense some of y'all had a great year, others had a challenging year, or others had a somewhat in between year. The Bible reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says "In all things give thanks. This is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you". So ladies as y'all and I prepare to host guests or y'all plan to celebrate at someone else's house, enjoy time with loved ones, a day off, and enjoy great food. But never forget to remember the history of Thanksgiving holiday and remember to be thankful throughout the year. This is something I have to get better at too and sometimes I have to think a bit what I'm thankful for. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for the blog is called "The One Leper Who Thanked Jesus". This story here comes from the gospel of Luke 17:11-19 where Jesus was heading towards Jerusalem and as He went, He saw ten lepers standing alone. There were nine Jewish men and one Samaritan that were in isolation. I know right? Why? It's because leprosy was extremely contagious and sores broke out all over their bodies and they had to shout to people "Unclean unclean!" They couldn't see loved ones and to make matters worse they sometimes lost body parts! Whew! Those men were terribly sick and likely felt lonely. But when they saw Jesus they from a distance cried out. "Master please help us!" I'm sure when they said that they cried from the depths of their hearts sort of what I call "desperate prayers". We've all been there right? Well Jesus was moved with compassion and though He didn't touch them He told them to show themselves to the priests! That was a ancient practice if a leper wanted to go back to community they had to go to the priests to make sure it was safe enough for them to do so. That's what Christ was telling them to do. Get this ladies the men still had leprosy when Christ told them to go but thankfully they walked on anyway. Talk about walking in faith when it looked foolish! As the men walked along gradually their sores disappeared! Wow! Yet the Bible says only one came back to thank Jesus while the rest of the men walked on. Who was the one man? A Samaritan someone that the Jews considered to be a "half breed" half Jew and half Gentile. (Remember the Samaritan woman mentioned in John 4? In our day it be biracial people half black and half white.) Don't forget Jews were very racist against Samaritan's back then which shows racism isn't new. But anyhow the Samaritan man fell down before Jesus and thanked Him. Jesus was puzzled and said. "Where are the other nine? Yet none of them came back to thank Me except this Samaritan. Go your faith has made you whole". Wow! Only one came back to thank Jesus! Man what a lesson for us today. How many times have I prayed and you ladies have prayed and how many times has God answered prayers but sometimes we forget to thank the Lord? That's why I wrote the previous blog for you ladies sake but also to show God my thankfulness. This is something all of us need to get better at. In Psalm 103 reminds us to forget not God's benefits such as God forgiving our sins , (That happened on Calvary) healed our sickness, renews our youth as eagles, crowns us with love and compassion, and satisfies our mouth with good things. (I'm sure all of us will be saying that when we eat good food on Thanksgiving holiday four days from now!) The Bible reminds us to never forget what God has done for us. I believe that's why God left this story in the Bible on record not for His sake but for our sake. We must never forget His love, salvation, provision, and His goodness in our lives. That's why I love the song "The Goodness Of God" by "Bethel" and Cece Winans a song many of you know. I pray as you ladies go about this week you as well as I remember how good God's been to us as well as us thanking God. I'll be sharing more about that during Bible study tonight for it to be a "kick off" for Thanksgiving holiday for this week so be there. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. Im happy to present another blog called "My Day As A Vendor". Y'all maybe wondering what's that about? Well let me start with this. I've been a vendor at a Christmas Tea the past two years at "Evangel Assembly Of God Church". Get this ladies. I don't attend there nor am I a member there because as I stated in a blog earlier this year I've been attending "New Life Assembly Of God Church" the past five years and have been a member there for the past four years. (I attended "Discover Church" when I waa nine years old from 2003 until I was 26 years old in 2020 and was a member there when I was nineteen years old from 2013 until 2020. I also attended a Bible-based/Spirit-filled non-denominational church called "Capital Christian Center Church" when I was a baby until I was eight years old in 2002.) But one of the ladies that attends there used to attend and was a member of "Discover Church" with me and she was my Sunday school teacher too! That's how we have the connection and she comes to my virtual prayer meetings often! Anyhow I was a vendor at "Evangel Assembly Of God Church" in 2023, 2024, and again this year at the Christmas Tea.(The Christmas Tea is a annual women's event that both "Evangel Assembly Of God Church" and "Discover Church" host every year in November for women of God to gather together, decorate nice tables, fellowship, a lovely message, and food before the business of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I used to go to the Christmas Tea at "Discover Church" years ago.) I believe in 2023 I sold maybe two items and maybe sold two or three items back in 2024. But by God's grace this year things were different. I used my "20 Day Christmas Devotional" and my "Debrah" novel this year along with old Christmas decorations, and some cds! Well I sold three books, (Two Christmas devotionals and one Debrah novel) three Christmas decorations, and two cds! That's a total of eight items sold more than 2023 and 2024 combined! To top it off, the senior pastor of "Evangel Assembly Of God Church" requested to buy a book and my first book "Strength For Enduring Adversity" was used as a door prize! I also gave a grandmother a flyer for my kid/teen club as well too. I give thanks and praise to God for that. I asked many Christians to pray for me concerning this event because I went to another outing on Monday (five days before that on November 10th) and it didn't go the way i planned though I asked people to pray. (I won't get into detail what that was about.) I look at me being a vendor the second event of this past week was God giving me another chance and not only that, I got to eat great food, enjoy a wonderful message, and fellowship with incredible women there too. I also got to see other women who used to attend "Discover Church", see my former Christian therapist, (I see a different one) and make new connections. All I can say is the Lord did what Ephesians 3:20 says "Exceedingly abundantly over what we can ask, think, or imagine". Do I plan to be a vendor next year? Well we'll see and I pray to get speaking engagements as well too. I'm in the process of working on a fourth book and I'll reveal more to y'all when it's finished and write a blog about it! For those that have prayed for me about this event thank you and keep the prayers coming! That's especially true cause there's still things I'm working through and there's always something to pray about! Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is called ''The New Heavens And The New Earth'' . This is the conclusion of my End times blog until next year! I know, right? Throughout my blog series and throughout my Bible study in this past October until tonight the third Sunday of November I've been writing blogs and doing virtual Bible study that talked about the rapture and the seven year tribulation period. On the first Sunday of November, I talked about the Second Coming of Christ and last week (in the previous blog) I talked about Christ ruling and reigning with the saints in the Millennial reign that will last for 1,000 years! Christ and the saints will reign and rule in Jerusalem, the world being at peace, and the devil being locked in the bottomless pit for 1,000 years! Before I mention about the new heavens and the earth, what will happen to Satan and those who don't know Jesus as Lord and Savior? Well the book of Revelations 20 talks about how the devil will be loosed for a season after the Millennial reign and sadly many people will turn away from the Lord to follow the devil to start a rebellion! I know, right? That also should be an example: just because there's a perfect world and perfect environment doesn't mean a person's heart is genuine before the Lord and after the Millennial reign will show whose hearts were genuine towards the Lord. Another point is that a perfect environment doesn't guarantee a person's heart will change towards salvation either. (Lucifer lived in glory all the time but he still fell and became Satan before the beginning of time!) The Great White throne judgment will occur and the lost and prodigals who never came back to Christ will stand before God and sadly will be tossed over to the Lake of Fire where the Antichrist and false prophet already have been! What's going to happen to the devil and his demons? After the lost are in the Lake of fire so will the devil and demons be cast into the Lake of fire for all eternity! Whew! What will happen to folks who loved the Lord and were faithful to Him until the end? Well Revelations 22 mentioned that John the Revelator saw a new heaven and new earth! Heaven and earth will be renovated and merged together! Prior to that, heaven and earth were separate places but at the end they will become one! The Old Testament saints, New Testament saints, (People in the Apostle Peter, John the Revelator, and the Apostle Paul's generation) Church Age saints, (Christians after the times of the Apostles and after the first century) tribulation saints, (the 144,000 Jewish Christians and those they led to Christ during the tribulation period who were martyred) and Millennial saints (folks who got saved and stayed loyal to the Lord before and after the Millennial reign) will be gathered in front of the Father, the Lamb, and the Holy Ghost for all eternity. There shall be no more death, crying, or pain, no sun, moon, or stars because the Lamb will be our light. We'll also never be old anymore, our bodies will never decay, no sin, no devil to worry about anymore. We'll be worshipping the Lord, fellowshipping with each other, reigning with the Lord, and working for the Lord for all eternity! The Millennial reign will be the ''front porch'' what it will be like to live in the New Heavens and New Earth! Why do we think we Christians may be going through alot in our walk with Christ now? In 2 Timothy 2;12 says ''If we suffer with Christ we will reign with Christ.'' Simply put our lives on earth as Christians is ''training for reigning'' for the Millennial reign and for all eternity. Our lives on earth as Christians is also about us allowing the Holy Spirit to refine us down here so we can be ready for what's to come later. I've heard someone say. ''Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people.'' That's a very true saying. The late Dr Billy Graham said. ''Our lives on earth are but a dressing room for eternity''. That's also very true. Let us pray that we as God's people and His daughters live in the way we're supposed to live so that one day we can hear from the Lord. ''Well done, good and faithful servant'' and not only that, being prepared for eternity. Let's also pray as many souls come to Christ and for prodigals to rededicate their lives back to Christ so they can join us and the Lord for all eternity as well too. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called "Dealing With The Waiting Season". Let's be honest. How many of us like to wait? Do you remember when you were a kid and it felt like waiting for Christmas took forever? (It feels like time flies by when you're an adult and it feels like Christmas sneaks up on you lol!) Do you also remember as a child how badly you wanted to open your Christmas gifts but your parents or caregivers said you had to wait? We all remember that feeling right? But when you opened your Christmas gifts it was at the perfect time wasn't it? It was worth the wait. Ladies there are examples in the Bible that people had to wait. What about Adam and Eve? What were they waiting on? We all know that Adam and Eve sinned that the world, their relationship with each other, and their relationship with the Lord was turned upside down for the worst but God made them a promise. God promised them in Genesis 3:15 that the seed of the woman would crush the head of the serpent! Who does the serpent represent? The devil of course. Who does the seed of the woman represent? Of course it's talking about our Lord! But here's what's interesting about it. I'm sure that Adam and Eve expected that to happen soon or even their lifetime but it didn't happen until thousands of years later! What about Sarah and Abraham? We all know that story don't we and we know that they waited for 25 years until they had the promise of having Isaac. Abraham was 75 and Sarah was 65 when they got saved and left their homeland and they had to wait over twenty years for the birth of Issac came to pass. They kept trusting the Lord even though they were infertile and despite their age! What about Joseph in the Old Testament? We know his story. He told his dreams his brothers got jealous, he worked as a slave for sometime and was put in prison unjustly for a time. Not only that, he had to work in prison is how he met the butler and the baker by interpreting their dreams. Then eventually he interpreted Pharaoh's dream, got married to Asneth, and became prime minister of Egypt! But it wouldn't be until the seven years of plenty went by then the seven year famine that Joseph helped his brothers and the world during the famine! He was seventeen years old when he had the dream but he was 37 years old during the time of the famine! Another example was Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, and Magi along with the rest of Israel waited for the promise of the Messiah to come for a long time but Christ came in due time! Ladies, what are you waiting on? An open door? Answered prayer? For divine turn around? Unsaved loved one to get saved? The sick to be healed? Ladies there are many things that I'm waiting on, prayers being answered, for divine turn around, among other things! We must pray while we wait, stand on the promises of God's Word while we wait, and even worship while we wait. That's not easy by any means but something we must learn to do. The Bible says in Isaiah 40;30,31 ''Even the youths shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fail. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up wings as eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and shall not faint.'' Waiting is never easy by any means but that's a part of life. We must rely on the Lord to give us grace during those times as well too. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Blessings to each of you ladies and have a blessed week everyone.

Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called "The Millennial Reign Of Christ". You might be thinking "So what big deal?" Here's something important for us ladies to understand. When Jesus came at His first coming (we'll celebrate Christmas after Thanksgiving holiday) did the Jews understand why He came? Of course they didn't! Christ came at His first coming came to be born in Bethlehem on Christmas Day, to live a sinless life, to do miracles and preach, to die on the cross on Good Friday and rise again on Easter Sunday! Alot of y'all maybe thinking. "Dugh!" We know that but the Jews didn't know that! They expected Jesus to ride the streets of Jerusalem on a horse to overthrow wicked Rome and set up His kingdom on earth right then and there! Christ knew that would come in the future but the timing of that wasn't time! He knew at that time He needed to come to earth to save mankind from sin and bring us back in right fellowship with the Father first and foremost and had to trust His Father's timing! Remember one previous blog I wrote about when Jesus comes at His Second Coming that He'll ride on a horse with the raptured saints in heaven to overthrow the Anti-Christ, false prophet, and wicked armies? That's mentioned in the book of Revelations 19:11-21 and after the battle of Armageddon Christ then will set up the Millennial reign! But before He does that He'll raise back to life the Old Testament saints and Christians that the Jewish Christians (144,000 mentioned in the book of Revelations) led to Christ during the tribulation period who were martyred! After those saints get resurrected bodies (Side note the raptured saints will already have a resurrected body that they got during the rapture) the Millennial reign will begin! How long will the Millennial reign last? It will last for 1,000 years with Christ ruling along with the raptured saints, Old Testament saints, and saints who got saved during the tribulation period! The book of Revelations 20 mentioned that an angel from heaven will come down and put the devil in the bottomless pit during the Millennial reign so he has no more influence on the world by that point. Christ will rule the nations with a rod of iron and Jerusalem will be the capital city of the world! That's why it's so important for us God's people to stand with Israel because one day during the Millennial reign it's going to be required of the nations of the world to meet up in Jerusalem. The other thing about the Millennial reign according to Isaiah 11:6-8 that the lion will lie down with the lamb, that a child will be able to play with a snake! Now we know in the animal kingdom if you mess with a lion or with a snake they'll bite you or worse eat you alive! The reason why is because since the fall of man, it not only impacted our relationship with the Lord and each other negatively, (which is why the cross had to happen in the first place) impacted nature with natural disasters, people getting sick and dying, and poverty happening but the fall negatively impacted the animal kingdom. But during the Millennial reign, the animal kingdom will be completely harmless! Also there will be no more injustice because we serve a just God and if the people outwardly rebel against the Lord they'll die prematurely! But get this ladies during the Millennial reign, people on earth will live to be nine hundred and something years old! Many of us know in the Old Testament Methuselah lived to be 969 years old and his father was Enoch and Methuselah's grandson was Noah who built the ark! People on earth who submit to Christ will be able to live as long as Methuselah or more and those who rebel will die prematurely at age 100! Dying at 100 is a big deal right now and dying under sixty years old is considered dying prematurely but during the Millennial reign dying at 100 will be prematurely! Plus there will be no more war and people will destroy their weapons and because of Jesus ruling there will peace on earth! Remember when I mentioned in a blog last month that the seven year tribulation period that the world for seven years will be under Satan and the Anti-Christ which will be hell on earth? Well the Millennial reign will be like heaven in earth and Eden restored! Before the fall of man the Garden of Eden was heaven on earth but we know that when Adam and Eve sinned, they no longer could remain at the Garden of Eden. We know that the world got turned upsidedown for the worst after the fall of man. The Millennial reign will be the fulfillment of the Messiah establishing an earthly kingdom while Christ enabling us as the body of Christ to rule and reign with Him during that time! Plus if people are sick Christ will heal them right then and there and there will be no more poverty! I heard someone rightfully say. "The saints right now are being trained to one day reign". That's a very true saying y'all. Those of us who are in Christ have much to look forward to both now and in the future! You might wonder, what's going to happen to the devil when the Millennial reign is over? Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm sharing another blog and I'm going to switch gears from talking about the End times and talking about a sad event. The title of this blog is called "Pray For The Victims Of Hurricane Melissa". I know right? Reporters say that the storm formed around October 21st and it progressively became worse October 25th through the 27th. To make matters worse, this "Hurricane Melissa" has affected several countries such as Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Panama, and Haiti! Whew! There has been severe flooding in both Cuba and the Dominican Republic and the water systems have been greatly affected. To make matters challenging, many of those people have lost electricity. I know how scary it is to have the electricity to go out because that happened a few months ago in August when we in Southeastern Wisconsin had severe flooding the worst since 2010 when me and several families had flooding and no power until 10:30 at night! (My mom had to use candles in the house and dad and I had to use flashlights on our cell phones to see in the house!) How many people have died in the midst of the hurricane? In Dominican Republic it's reported that four people died and a child went missing, in Panama it's reported that three people have died. In Haiti it's reported that 23 are dead with thirteen missing and in Jamaica it's reported that twenty or more people have died and not only that, many houses were tragically destroyed as well too. It's been said whenever a hurricane has a male name it's not severe but whenever a hurricane has a female name, it's absolutely horrible. The news also was saying this is one of the worst hurricanes that has ever taken place on the Atlantic coast and I believe one of the worst since 2005's "Hurricane Katrina". With such devastation of "Hurricane Melissa" that has impacted multiple countries how should a Christian respond? Well that's easy prayer. Number one pray for those who don't know Christ as Lord and Savior to come to Him and not allow this devastating event make them bitter at Him. We know that life can make one bitter or better or run to God when the going gets tough or run from God. Number two pray for those who lost loved ones that the Lord will comfort them and it says in Psalm 34:18 KJV "The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart and saveth such as a contrite spirit". Number three pray for those who have lost power that electricity come back on. Number four pray for the water disruption to be regulated. Number five pray for those that are missing to be found and brought back safely. Number six pray for those who are now homeless to be able to find a home. Number seven pray for first responders and philanthropy programs to help put the people back on their feet in the midst of this tragedy. I'm thinking of organizations such as "Convoy Of Hope", "Samaritan's Purse", and "Convoy Of Miracles" that specialize in Gettysburg food, water, and clothing to people in need and help in other ways. Let's also pray that God will give us wisdom in the body of Christ to financially help the people or other ways to help them. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. I want y'all to know that while the majority of my blogs talk about spiritual matters I do make sure to address global issues from a Christian perspective. Last year I wrote several blogs that mentioned pray for certain places affected by hurricanes is to show y'all I'm aware of natural disasters. I also host virtual prayer meetings and we definitely will lift these victims in prayer at my virtual prayer meetings as well.
