Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. It's now at the end of Roshannah and now we're into the Jewish new year while still in the month of September! (If y'all read my previous blog, I shared the importance of Roshannah and how I've been digging into the ''Jewish roots of Christianity'' as well without neglecting celebrating Christmas, Good Friday, Easter, and other holidays we Americans celebrate!) Anyhow the title I have for this blog is called ''Teena Marie Vs Anna Christine Similarities And Differences''. Do you ladies remember my Katy Perry blog that compared her to my fictional character Anna Christine? Well this blog is a blog like that as well where it compares and contrasts with the late Teena Marie and Anna Christine. Let's discuss the things that both these ladies have in common. First they both are white women and I know that sounds silly but important. Another thing they have in common is that they both are great singers and have ''soulful voices''. In chapter one of my Anna Christine book it talks about her nickname growing up is ''Soul Chick'' because of her being white sounding like she's black. The late Teena Marie was a white woman who sounded black when she sang. Another thing is that they both grew up in church singing. I know, right? They both are songwriters and music appeals to racial diverse audiences.Another thing they have in common was that they both started off in bands. The late Teena Marie was in a band until Berry Gordy (founder of Motown who discovered Diana Ross, ''The Supremes'', Smokey Robinson, and even the legendary ''Jackson 5''!) wanted to sign her as a solo act. Anna Christine was in a Grammy awards now disbanded female band called ''The Soul Divas'' before transitioning to being a solo secular artist. Another thing they have in common is that they both have stage names! For those that don't know the late Teena Marie's actual birth name was Mary Christine Brockert while Anna Christine's birth name was Lisa Marie Pickler! (Her married last name became Owens.) Another thing they both had in common is that their children followed in their musical footsteps. The late Teena Marie who has a daughter Alia Rose has been recording music under her name since 2015 and Anna Christine has three daughters that pursued musical careers as well too. Kristle Hudson, (from Anna's first marriage) Nicole Johnson-Thomas, (from Anna's second marriage) and Dominique Owens-Chavez (from Anna's third and lasting marriage to Pastor Michael Sr.) became recording artists, actresses, as well as married , and had children. (Makenzie Hudson also became a recording artist and actress as a teenager who's also the oldest daughter of Kristle Hudson. Anna Christine's three sons had film producing careers, married, and had kids especially Abigail Jennings who became a recording artist and actress at fourteen years old too!) The main thing they had in common is their belief in God which is the most important thing. What are their differences? Well for one, the late Teena Marie was born in 1956 and was born and raised in California while Anna Christine was born in 1976 and was born and raised in Texas! The late Teena Marie went to ''Santa Monica College'' briefly before dropping out while Anna Christine never went to college! (If you read chapter 3, it talks about after she drifted from the Lord and quit being a Christian artist, at seventeen in 1991 until eighteen years old in 1992, she worked at her aunt's daycare on weekdays and sang background vocals for former secular artist Marcella Veldez on weekends!) The late Teena Marie was popular throughout the 1980s until the mid 1990s and took a hiatus that lasted until 2004 with her album ''La Dona''. On the contrast Anna Christine became popular in the 1990s first with the former Grammy award female group the ''Soul Divas'' and in 1996, released her secular solo album called ''The Heart'' and was in the secular music industry until her last secular album in 2006's ''Look To The Sky'' before recommitting her life to Christ. It was also in 2008 she released her sophomore gospel album called ''Anna Christine Featuring The Nashville Riverside Choir'' her first gospel album since her self-titled debut album in 1990. There was somewhat a ''hiatus'' between her gospel albums from 1990 through 2008 but didn't have an ''official hiatus''. Another big difference is that the late Teena Marie never married but had one daughter whose name was Alia Rose in 1991 and was raised as an only child. On the contrast, Anna Christine was married three times, divorced twice, had six children, (three sons and three daughters) and had 21 grandkids by the end of the story! Another thing is that Anna Christine is a pastor's kid while the late Teena Marie was not. (I revealed that in the Katy Perry blog because Anna and her are pastor's kids!) But the main difference is that the late Teena Marie died while Anna Christine is still living. Some of you ladies may be thinking why would I waste time comparing Anna Christine to real people living or dead? The reason is because you have questions who Anna Christine was inspired by and by sharing stories about real people can give y'all hints as to why I wrote the book the way that I did. Again I revealed several things in the Katy Perry blog and now in this blog I'm revealing some more details about the late Teena Marie. Another fact I also want to share is that any fiction story I've ever written is what folks call ''realistic fiction'' something that can happen in real life but it's fiction. I also believe it's important to pray for Hollywood stars for them to hear the gospel, understand the gospel, and give their lives to Christ is another reason why Anna Christine's novel is so important. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm switching gears a bit and I'll be sharing something similar that I shared last year. The name of the blog is called "Acknowledging Roshannah". This is honoring the Jewish holiday is when the Jews have the ten days of awe. The ten days of awe are the ten days of repentance. It all started on September 11th which started almost two weeks ago and it will end tomorrow Monday September 21st. September 21st on Monday is when Yom Kippur starts the Jewish New Year! Wow! Isn't that something? Ladies I've been honoring this Jewish holiday Roshannah since 2020 something I've chosen to honor something I've done by choice. (I also honor Passover but that doesn't mean that I honor Christmas, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.) I've been doing this for the past six years is to honor the Jewish roots of Christianity and to be better understand the Jews! I believe that Roshannah is important to celebrate for several reasons. Number one it honors the importance of repentance. Now you maybe thinking "Shouldn't we repent everyday?" Yes we should! Can we honor Jesus' birth, death, and resurrection anytime throughout the year? Yes we should! But there are times of the year to honor and celebrate those events on those holidays. I believe that it's important to repentance is throughout the year but Roshannah is a time to repent. It's the time to allow God to go deep enough to change us. Again that's something we need everyday but Roshannah is a time to allow God to go deep enough to purge us like it says in John 15. The second thing about Roshannah is it's a time of humbling oneself , praying, and fasting. Now should we do those things throughout the year? Yes we should. A Scripture I think about is 2 Chronicles 7:14 that says. "If My people who are called by My name shall humble themselves, pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways. I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal the land". I know a lot of us know that Scripture and side note the first day of Roshannah this year took place on the 25th anniversary of 9/11 I don't believe is a coincidence. That should be a time for us in the body of Christ during Roshannah and year long to do that Scripture in order to see our nation turn around. We humble ourselves, fast, and pray not just for ourselves but for others especially our nation. God notices when we do that. The third thing I want to say is to define what repentance is. You may say, "Why is that important to know?" Repentance means to change thinking, feeling, or course of action. Repentance is like making a u-turn! Many of you should know what that means! If course when were unsaved we had to see our need for Christ and we asked Him to forgive our sins and He helped us to repent which means change! How many of you know we need God even after getting saved to help us to continue to change? I know I do! Many of you know the Scripture in Romans 12:2 "Be not conformed to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind!" Should we ask God to help us change throughout the year? Of course! But Roshannah is also a important time to do it. The fourth thing is it's toward the end of the Jewish calendar. What you ladies need to know is that the Jewish calendar is different than the American calendar. The Jewish calendar has 13 months while our American calendar has 12 months. The end of the Jewish calendar is either in September or October while the last day of the year for the American calendar is December 31st and the new year is on January 1st! So I'm honoring the end of the Jewish calendar and New Year before we honor New Years on December 31st and January 1st! Wow! I get to celebrate three New Years! The fifth thing is that Roshannah can give you a reset. You know how people make goals for the new year? I'm sure all of us have! But how many of us actually keep them and do them? Not many sadly. But Roshannah can help with that and I'm sure all of us want to grow deeper in Christ, reflect His character, and impact the world don't we? I do! In addition to that, I think we have other goals too but Roshannah as well as the Lord can help us obtain what He wants for us to do on the Jewish New year and finish out the rest of the American year strong too. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. I'm not trying to force you ladies to do Roshannah but I am saying that it's something to research, pray about, and consider doing. I've been sharing messages on repentance every Sunday in this entire month and will do it even the last Sunday of September a week after Roshannah! I believe that it's going to lead to another important message in October (I trust the Lord to lead me in that) that will be important for all of us. I'm happy to present another blog that may surprise y'all and it's called "Katy Perry Vs Anna Christine Similarities And Differences". I know that may seem crazy but please hear me out. If you ladies saw my previous blog it's about my latest book about Anna Christine! (I also made a YouTube video about it and trust that it will get several views in Jesus name!) This blog is about who Anna Christine was loosely inspired from! Let's dive deep into the life of Katy Perry. Alot of you ladies may or may not know that Katy Perry is a secular artist, actress, and into the fashion industry since 2008 with the release of her album "One Of The Boys". But what I'm about to mention here are things about her background that may surprise y'all but another purpose is me sharing this so we know how to pray for her too. The first thing I want to share is Katy Perry is not her real name but rather a stage name! I know right? The title of my latest book Anna Christine did y'all know is my fictional characters stage name? I know right? That's the first thing that Katy Perry and Anna Christine have in common! Katy Perry's birth name is Kathryn Elizabeth Hudson while Anna Christine's birth name is Lisa Marie Pickler! (The part Lisa Marie was named after the late Lisa Marie Presley and her maiden name Pickler came from American Idol season 5 finalist and country artist Kellie Pickler!) The second thing they have in common is they are white women who have dark hair. The third thing they have in common is they come from a family of five (I do as well) and were pastors daughters! What? I know right? Katy Perry's parents are Pastor Keith and Pastor Mary Hudson (nee Perry) and they were "hippies" (Y'all remember the hippie movement in the 1960s through the 1980s?) before they became Christians! My character Anna Christine's parents weren't hippies before becoming Christians but they had a unique past. Pastor Leraine Pickler (nee Tatome) Anna Christine's mom was a Mormon while her earthly father Pastor Jerad Pickler Sr was a Roman Catholic before both of them moved to Texas and before they became Christians! Both the Hudson family and the Pickler family went to Bible college and graduated and their kids (especially Katy Perry and Anna Christine) at one time were heavily involved in church! The fourth thing which is pretty obvious is that God gave both Katy Perry and Anna Christine the ability of being great singers! They've been great singers since they were toddlers and used to sing in their church for a good part of their lives. They also became songwriters as a preteen or early teen years! The fifth thing that maybe surprising to hear is that these ladies moved from their hometowns and moved to Nashville, Tennessee to sign with independent Christian labels! Katy Perry who was then known as Katy Hudson signed with Red hill records while my fictional character Anna Christine signed with independent Christian label Judah records! When Katy Hudson was about seventeen years old in 2001 when she released her self-titled debut album while my fictional character Anna Christine released her self-titled debut album in 1990 when she was sixteen years old under the name Lisa Marie Pickler! I know that's crazy right? The sixth thing that Katy Perry and Anna Christine have in common is sadly the independent Christian record labels they signed to went bankrupt and out of business one year after their debut albums were released! I know right? Instead of seeking another Christian record label and remaining true to their Christian roots they drifted further away from the Lord and started getting into the things of the world. They left their hometown and Nashville, Tennessee to seek record labels in the secular music world! The seventh thing that Katy Perry and Anna Christine have in common is that several years after their self-titled debut album, they found success in the secular music world. As I already mentioned Katy Perry in 2008 released her secular music debut album called "One Of The Boys" while my fictional character Anna Christine released her solo secular music album in 1996 called "The Heart" inspired by season 4 American Idol winner and country artist Carrie Underwood's 2005 debut album "Some Hearts". Those are the things that Katy Perry and Anna Christine have in common. What are some differences between them? Well first of all Katy Perry was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California and was born in the year 1984 while Anna Christine was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and was born in 1974! Katy Perry is the middle child in her family (She has one older sister and one younger brother) while Anna Christine is the oldest of three children (Has a younger sister and younger brother) in her family just like me! Another thing is that Katy Perry dropped out of high school but got her GED while Anna Christine skipped a grade as a child and graduated from high school a year early one year before she turned eighteen! Anna Christine had a romantic relationship with her first boyfriend (who became her first husband) and got pregnant out of wedlock and had a child. That didn't at all happen to Katy Perry because she fell in love later in life. Katy Perry from 2002 until 2007 was looking for record deals that fell through and worked as a songwriter for various secular artists. Anna Christine at seventeen until eighteen years old (1991 until 1992) worked at her aunt's daycare on weekdays and sang background vocals for secular artist Marcella Veldez. The following year she quit those jobs and joined a fictional Grammy award female band called the "Soul Divas" for three years from 1992 until 1995 prior to her releasing her secular solo album "The Heart" in 1996. Katy Perry fell in love and married famous Comedian named Russell Brand in 2010 but divorced in 2012 and they had no children together. On the contrast, Anna Christine was married three times, divorced twice, and had six kids (three sons and three daughters) from each of her marriages! (She had two kids from her first marriage to Wyatt Jennings Sr, two kids from her second marriage to Stuart Johnson Sr, and her two biracial children with her third marriage to Michael Owens Sr her manager and black husband.) Katy Perry later fell in love with famous actor Orlando Bloom and they had a daughter during COVID named Daisy! Katy Perry only has a only child a daughter while Anna Christine has six adult children, and has 21 grandkids by the end of the story! But what makes the biggest difference is that at 32 years old in 2006 (After fifteen years of being backslidden) Anna Christine recommitted her life to Christ and did her last secular music tour with her friends and vowed to "walk away from the Hollywood life" to live for Christ. In addition to that she relocated with her household (Her third husband Michael Sr and six kids) back to Nashville, Tennessee and attended her parents (Pastor Jerad Sr and Pastor Leraine) church "Nashville Riverside Church" a church they co-founded together. Two years to her Christian walk and leaving the secular music industry, when she was 34 years old, Anna Christine and the "Nashville Riverside Choir" released their gospel album in 2008 the same year Katy Perry released her 2008 album "One Of The Boys"! (Pastor Leraine directed the "Nashville Riverside Choir" and co-wrote some songs along with her daughter Anna Christine as well too.) Another important thing ladies is we need to continue to pray for Katy Perry. Pray that God softens her heart, pray that God brings back to her remembrance of the Christian values that her parents Pastor Keith and Pastor Mary Hudson taught her, and for her to give her life to Christ. Pray that Katy Perry will not only get saved but also leave the secular music industry and become a Christian artist. Pray that her only child Daisy will want to know Jesus as her Lord and Savior too. I don't agree with Katy Perry's lifestyle but she needs prayer as did our unsaved loved ones and strangers who are non-Christians or prodigals. That's part of why Anna Christine was written. I'm happy present to you ladies another wonderful blog about some exciting news. Ladies the title of this blog is called "Anna Christine/Hollywood Star To Gospel Artist!" For those of you ladies who may or may not know, that is the title for my latest book! I know right? This has been a long time coming and something that the Lord put on my heart to do since I was a teenager! You ladies maybe wondering is it a novel or nonfiction? Well ladies it's another Contemporary realistic Christian fiction which means though it's fiction it takes place in the modern times and realistic means it can happen in real life! This story is about a woman who's actual birth name is Lisa Marie Pickler (The Lisa Marie was inspired by the late Lisa Marie Presley and her maiden last name Pickler came from American Idol finalist and country artist Kellie Pickler!) was born and raised in Texas, grew up a pastor's kid along with her two younger siblings, got saved at a young age, and sang in church all her life. Sound familiar? Later she and her relatives moved to Nashville, Tennessee where her father continued pastoring and she released her debut album as a independent Christian artist and was a kids writer at 16 years old! She also met her first boyfriend who was a Christian and deacon's kid whom she fell madly in love with. But things got complicated when sexual misconduct happened and Lisa and her parents life got turned upside down. She got pregnant with her first child and had child out of wedlock, Christian record label fell through, graduated from high school, experienced rejection from family, church, and the Christian music industry! I know right? Then she married her first husband, she, him, and firstborn moved out of state, and thus began Lisa's journey away from the Lord which lasted for fifteen years! She worked at daycare on weekends and sang background vocals for a secular artist on weekends. She met a coworker at both the daycare and singing background vocals who was a young wife, young mom, Asian American, and seeking to build a better life. The following year, Lisa and this Asian friend quit working at daycare and being background vocalists to joining a Grammy award R&B girl band over the next few years. Lisa had another child and things went downhill in her first marriage. The following year she got divorced for the first time and started dating a famous actor in Hollywood! She got pregnant with her third child and had later had a "shotgun elopement" to marry him. They were married for the next four years and had a daughter and son together while Lisa brought kids from her first marriage. Meanwhile her relatives that are Christians continued praying for her to come back to Christ and her younger sister graduated from high school and attended college. As time went on, the band Lisa was in eventually disbanded and decided to become a secular solo artist and so did her Asian friend! (The other two women decided to become gospel artists and actresses as well as they later married and started families.) Lisa's second husband encouraged her to also be an actress and she started in several movies and tv shows. At 22, Lisa got a new stage name that was called "Anna Christine" and released her solo secular album while her younger sister graduated from college and got married. (Her younger brother graduated from high school and he and the rest of the family moved to Chicago, Illinois.) Things in Anna Christine's second marriage went south and a couple years later divorced. But before she got divorced, she befriended a former banker and taxi cab driver who became her manager, studio engineer, and bodyguard. He was a black guy who was a backslidden pastors kid and both his parents and Anna's dad were pastors who worked at the same church in Chicago! When Anna Christine got divorced for the second and final time, her manager who was also her friend was there for her. Her Asian friend lost her first husband in a car accident but he got saved two weeks before that happened. She too gained a new friend and manager who was Anna Christine cousin. Anna Christine had another cousin who was a Christian, worship arts pastor, a family woman, (married with kids) and part of a female Christian racial diverse group the sister of her backslidden cousin who liked her Asian American friend. Anna's second ex-husband fell in love with one of Anna's other famous musician and actress friends too and they eventually got married. Anna Christine married the third and final time to her friend/manager while her Asian American widowed friend her new manager who was Anna's backslidden male cousin. Each of those couples blended a family. As years went on, being famous in the secular music world and acting world became a lot for Anna Christine and her friends. The paparazzi followed her, family, and friends, won Grammy awards, won acting awards, featured on magazines and interviews, but it was becoming a lot. Not to mention the challenges of blending a family as well as being estranged from her parents, siblings, in-laws, and nieces and nephews. (Her siblings married and had kids and her younger brother did go to college to be a pastor. Her brother-in-law went to college to be a pastor as well.) Several years went by when Anna Christine's third husband/manager had a near death experience that made her rethink her life. She was now 32 years old the mother of six kids, (she had two biracial kids a son and daughter with her third husband/manager) and at a crossroads. The Lord revealed Himself to her and her third husband and urged both of them to come back to Him which they did. Her friends got saved, as did her ex-husbands, and their households. Finally Anna Christine's loved ones prayers for her came true and it was time for her loved ones to leave Chicago, Illinois, their church, and jobs to relocate to Nashville, Tennessee. Anna Christine, her household, friends, and others left the "Hollywood life" to move to Nashville, Tennessee to attend her parents church they co-founded together. Anna Christine, her household, and friends prayed, read and applied the Bible, received the baptism in the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues. They also did one more secular music tour and then said goodbye to the secular music world altogether! But there were additional obstacles she had to overcome like once again dealing with rejection from "major Christian record labels" but God opened doors for her. Her mom later founded a choir and asked for Anna Christine to be the lead vocalist and when Anna was 34 years old, she returned to the gospel music industry after eighteen years of being away from the Christian music industry. She collaborated with her mom's choir and became known in the gospel music industry. Her second ex-husband and his wife, along with her Asian American friend/cousin and others started in Christian movies and tv shows. Her musician friends also became Christian artists along with Anna Christine and won various Christian music award shows. Anna Christine's three daughters along with her musician friends kids became Christian artists, and started their own families as well too. At the end of the story, Anna Christine, her mom, mom-in-law, and others shared their testimony at the women's conference. Anna and her mom's choir sang at the end and many lives at the women's conference were blessed. That's the quick version of what the book is about and it's loosely inspired by Katy Perry who was a pastor's kid and Christian artist before she became a secular artist! I know right? (Side note we need to pray for Katy Perry to come back to Christ and get out of the secular music world so she'll sing for the Lord as well as live for Him!) Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. Of course it's the day after Labor Day and hope y'all enjoyed your time with loved ones. The title I have for this blog and something I write and do every year is "Pray For Teachers". As we all know teachers go through a ton of stress and I'm sure we all know that. Of course not all students want to learn and they can be disruptive in class. Let's pray there's less of that this year. Let's also pray that teachers have patience with each child, teen, or adult student (Let's not forget about adults getting their GED, adult highschool diploma, or college students along with college professors) because everyone learns differently and that students will respect their teachers. Let's pray against bullying especially for younger students and that classmates will be friendly with each other. Let's also pray against anymore school shootings which we know is a big problem since the late 1990s. We know how that horribly impacts teachers, students, parents, and I believe there's something demonic about that. I believe it's the enemy seeking to rob, kill, and destroy teachers and especially young lives. We need to cover teachers, students, and parents in the blood of Jesus. Pray for those who are considering doing anymore school shootings that the fear of the Lord to come upon them and perhaps for them to attempt to shoot but their gun doesn't work or something! I know that sounds crazy but I'm sick and tired of school shootings and we need to pray that stops in Jesus name! Let's also pray that students are able to read, write, understand Math, as well as other subjects. Ladies this past year I've been watching and hearing disturbing videos about teachers saying that students don't understand basic concepts. I don't know about y'all but that's very concerning. I'm sure there are various reasons why that is so but we need to pray that students whether minors or adults understand the importance of reading, writing, and Math and the importance of applying them in life. Pray that God opens their mind and understanding to those things as well as to persevere when the going gets tough. Let's also pray for Christian students going to secular schools and Christian teachers working in the secular schools to be salt and light in a dark world. Jesus said in Matthew 5:16 "Let your light shine before men so they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven". Pray that classmates and Christian teachers who have co-workers that are non-Christians to see Christ in them and want what they have. Pray for Christian teachers to rely on the Lord to help them whether they're teaching in a public school, Christian school, or homeschooling. Let's pray that there will continue to be Christian schools and for God to be invited back in the classroom. Let's pray for teachers to balance their work life, family life, and mental health. Teachers experience a lot of burnout due to school pressures and pressures of their personal lives so they need prayer for that. Don't forget to pray for homeschool parents and students for God to bless them and for teacherpreneurs (as I am) who teach outside the traditional classroom. Pray that God will send students teacherpreneurs way that are pleasant not burdensome. Being a teacher is a precious but demanding work and they need love, compassion, prayer, and understanding with the school year upon us. If you were a teacher that's retired, know a teacher, or even if you don't know one please keep us in your prayers. We need them desperately! Of course all of us ladies need prayer. I also hope and pray that each of you ladies are going to have a good Labor Day tomorrow on Monday since it'll be all our day off work and school as well as some family time. I know that some of you may be on vacation and I don't plan to go on another vacation until after Christmas which won't be until a few months from now. Anyhow I hope and pray that y'all are doing well. But as y'all read the rest of the blog, you're going to notice it becoming serious quite quickly. The reason is because the title of the blog says ''Praying For Nepal''. Why is that important? Well because almost two weeks ago Nepal was hit with a severe flood that damaged countless lives and countless properties! Now you ladies may or may not remember that earlier this year and last year, I wrote blogs about the severe flooding that we Wisconsinites got and how it turned our world upside down. I also shared about another severe flood that Wisconsin got back sixteen years ago back in 2010 and at that time I was a teenager when that happened! I wrote blogs with praying hands to pray for Wisconsin. Now I want to do the same thing for the precious people of Nepal. For those of you ladies that may or may not know, Nepal is a country located in Southern Asia and I know a missionary couple from my former Mega- church. I know, right? So that also explains why I have concern for the people of Nepal because I know a missionary family that's out there. If I'm not mistaken I think they've been missionaries out there for the past thirteen years if I remember correctly. I know, right? With that being said let's dive deeper into what happened during the flood. The flood took place on Thursday August 27th and some observers felt that it was a ''landslide'' that probably contributed to the massive flood. What took place was absolutely horrible. When it rained severely it caused so much damage! Another thing reporters were saying was that there also was a huge chunk of ice, water, rocks, and mud that also were problems not to mention the damage of properties and massive loss of human life. Now Nepal has had many floods before but many reporters believe that this was one of the most severe floods they've ever had in many years. There's been damage to homes, roads, bridges, and suffered severe power outages! Folks I remember back in August of last year when it flooded in Wisconsin and we suffered power outages but thank goodness my cell phone worked and I was able to find ways to charge my phone and such. But that was still pretty scary though and I did pray a ton too. The severity of the flood now has 20,000 precious people needing their homes to be rebuilt and countless other houses that were completely destroyed by the flood to the point it's rubble. How many human lives were impacted by this flood and I'm sure this part may break you ladies hearts. It's estimated according to reporters that 1,287 lives were lost with a reported number of 5,083 people still missing! With all of that being said there seemed to be a ton to pray for Nepal huh? Well ladies let's pray for those precious people. Number one pray that in the midst of this tragedy to pray that these people of Nepal will see their need for Christ and pray that missionaries are able to give the gospel to them. As we ladies know that's the most important part for the lost to see their need for Christ and I'm sure many of you ladies know that God uses ''rock bottom moments'' to help with that. Now am I saying that God likes to make people's lives miserable? No!!!! But we know that's often moments like that in their lives and moments like that in our lives often makes us see our need for Christ. Perhaps when life gets the darkest, perhaps is when God's light needs to shine brighter and we know the Scripture Matthew 5;16 ''We are to let our light shine before men so they will see our good deeds and praise our Father in heaven''. Let's also pray that God sends people to help the people in Nepal in practical ways. Let's pray that organizations like ''Convoy Of Hope'' and other places are sent to help these people with food, clean water, medical supplies, hygiene materials, as well as for folks to find a place of shelter because some people lost their homes. And for those other 20,000 people, pray that God enables them to rebuild their homes after doing severe damage. Pray that as these precious people of Nepal are getting ''practical help'', to pray they sense the love of God and are able to receive the help as well. Let's also pray for people that may be traumatized after dealing with that. Many of you ladies know that I'm very transparent about going to counseling, processing one's emotions, and talking to God about them. How do you think these precious people might be feeling right now after seeing such a massive flood bring so much destruction? I don't know if mental health has ever really been discussed with the people of Nepal but I'm sure after this incident, they probably will realize the importance of mental health. Let's pray that God comforts their hearts, heals their minds, and perhaps if need be hopefully go to counseling to deal with all of that. Let's also pray that a tragedy like this will motivate people to help each other to help rebuild so they can be a thriving nation. And lastly , let's pray for those who are missing to be found and to be restored back to their loved ones. I don't know if those are people from Nepal or foreigners perhaps both but either way, pray that those missing persons be found. Think if one of your loved ones was missing how traumatizing that would be for you because I know it would trouble me if I'd be in their situation. Of course we pray that folks be ''spiritually found'' (I mentioned that already!) but we need to pray that those who are ''physically lost'' get found too. Ladies, if you'd be in these people's shoes, would you want others to pray for you and your loved ones even if they don't know you? I'm sure you would and I know I would too. Ladies, let's pray for the people in Nepal and as my prayer meeting will take place two days from now as usual, I pray the Holy Spirit reminds me to pray for the people of Nepal. Or I may have to put some sort of reminder to make sure I bring it up at my prayer meeting. Ladies as I mentioned about the severe floods we Wisconites have encountered and I asked others to pray for us, it's our turn to pray for others too. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm going to be switching gears a bit in my blogging. The title of this blog is called my ''Upcoming Virtual Fall Youth Program''. Many of you that have known me for quite sometime I've been working on and launching my virtual youth club called ''Young Live Art Center''. I've led it for quite some time and it's for young persons ages three years old through seventeen years old and it's a virtual faith-based after school club! Where did this idea come from? Well from February 2016 until Covid of 2020, with the help of a wonderful Christian lady from my former church ''Discover Church'' (my parents still go there and I now attend and a member at ''New Life Assembly Of God Church'') who helped me get a job at ''Milwaukee Recreation'' at ''Milwaukee Parkside School Of The Arts!'' (I worked at ''Walgreens'' for a short time before that.) I learned how to deal with co-workers, (some good while others were toxic) learned to deal with kids in the public school system, while encouraging them to have fun among other things! This went on for four years until Covid happened. Here's what so sad about Covid. My last day of work there was on a Friday and little would I know that would be the last time I'd ever see my former bosses, co-workers, or kids ever again after that. To make matters worse, I didn't know hardly any ''work-from-home jobs'' either which brought me once again to unemployment. I also was learning how to use techniology such as Zoom, Google Duo, Google Meet, and fb messenger that featured that video part! I know right? Covid forced me how to learn how to use those things which was a learning curve for me and for other people too. (That was the time I had to do my college classes at MATC virtually and when I transitioned from ''Discover Church'' to ''New Life Assembly Of God Church'' as well too. I know that's crazy transitioning churches in the midst of a pandemic but it happened though!) That's that in a nutshell. By God's grace I got connected to a website holder called 123 websites who is both responsible for creating my youth website and my womenswarriorsacademy.com website! I know right? I also am blessed that God connected me to wonderful mentors who coach me how to run a business as well too. I believe especially these days since there's so much secularism in our world today and especially in both our school and after school system, it's so important to support organizations that support and endorse Christian values. That's where this virtual program ''Young Live Art Center'' comes into play. If any of you ladies have kids or grandkids or know someone who does, I'd encourage you to share this blog with them or to go on my website youngliveartcenteronline.com to check out registration for classes. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is called ''The Importance Of Training Women''. In this context I'm talking about the importance of training women for the ministry. I know that throughout the Bible in both the Old and New Testament God has used godly women for His kingdom. Many names you ladies maybe familiar with such as Miriam, (sister of Moses and Aaron) Deborah, Huldah the prophetess, Queen Esther, the Virgin Mary, Anna the prophetess, Mary Magdalene, Priscilla wife of Aquila (the Apostle Paul's co-workers and friends) just to name several. Ladies can we also be brutally honest. I know after the time of the Apostles in the book of Acts, the Church as a whole has gone through many transitions. Doctrine, church leadership, the gospel spreading to various parts of the world, Bible translations to name some but somewhere along the way, alot less women were being used in ministry. Perhaps it's because men or society tried to silence them, perhaps the belief the only woman's place in life is in the home, (sadly there's still men who think like that today) or various opportunities were denied because a person was a woman! Ladies that had been going on for quite sometime and that was until Maria Woodsworth-Etter who became America's ''first lady preacher and healing evangelist'' that paved the way for women to be in ministry today! She went through a ton of opposition through her denomination, critics, or even her family but she pressed into prayer, the Spirit of the Lord anointed her, and lives were touched and changed because of her ministry! Other women after her came on the scene such as Aimee Semple Mcpherson, Kathyrn Kuhlman, Nancy Dufrese, Joyce Meyers, Lisa Bevere, Lysa Terkeurst, Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirrer just to name several well-known female ministers. By God's grace we have so many examples of godly women who became well known female ministers (the purpose of course is not to be famous) who paved the way to shape women's ministry today! That is what now leads me to what I'm about to say next. Because we had so many women leaders before us pave the way to where we are today, it's essential to keep paving the way for future women leaders. That's where my training comes in handy and I've shared it on previous blogs. Also a Scripture that comes to mind is a Scripture that doesn't get talked about alot but it was written by the Apostle Paul under the inspiration from the Holy Ghost the book of Titus. In the book of Titus 2;3-5 where the Apostle Paul told his ''spiritual son in the faith'' Titus to teach older godly women how to properly live for Christ, to not be drunkards, liars, or slanderers, to be reverent, and teach what is good. What was the purpose of that? The rest of the verses continue on saying after the older women are trained so they can train younger women to love their husbands, kids, busy at home, be kind, and be subject to their husbands so that the Word of God won't be maligned. Wow! So even the Apostle Paul understood the importance of training for women! How much more is that needed today? Many of you ladies may also be familiar with Proverbs 31 that it demonstrates how a godly woman, wife, mother, or single woman takes care of the house as well as does work outside the house as well as having godly character. How many of you ladies know how important that is especially these days? That's also what my women's training is about is to train the next generation of women leaders especially in the body of Christ and give them better opportunities in ministry even better than the ones that I had! For those of you that may or may not remember in the previous blog I mentioned that prior to me going to MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College) and graduating from there in 2025 last year, I attended a Bible college called ''DSOM'' (District School Of Ministry) from 2012 and finished in 2016 but I wasn't able to get into the ministry right away but rather worked at ''Milwaukee Recreation'' after school club for the next four years from 2026 until 2020 Covid time. Another thing I don't like to talk about but it is a fact that no ''regular church'' has hired me to be on staff for them and I prayed to the Lord about what to do about that! For those of you that may or may not know this virtual women's ministry ''Women's Warriors Academy'' started in 2021 with only just two people! But God has continued to grow this and I believe this is another way for this virtual women's ministry to grow. I want there to be more female prophetesses, pastors, and teachers sent out in this ministry and also to be women's pastors at ''regular churches'' as well too. That's my heart, my prayer, and whole mission behind this! The truth is we need more women in ministry today more than ever! We need women spiritual leaders who truly are intimate with the Lord and anointed of the Lord. We need women spiritual leaders who are sound in doctrine, led by the Spirit, and seeks to impact the lives of others. Those are women that God desires to have in the ministry as well too. if you're reading this and you sense a tug on your heart or want to recommend this to another godly woman, I'd highly encourage you to reach out to me. I'd also encourage you to check out the women's website where it's under ''Women's Warriors Bible College'' to register and important note, classes start after Labor Day which is coming up and if I were y'all I wouldn't procrastinate. As I've previously stated I only have one student enrolled so far and it's my prayer that more women enroll for both my adult high school diploma training and my associates degree training as well too. The Bible says in 2 Timothy 2;15 written by the Apostle Paul under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit said; ''Study to shy thyself approved. A workman needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the Word of truth''. Again let me encourage you ladies to pray about this training and if it's not a fit for me, let me encourage you share this with another godly woman who is looking for it! This training will be outside the regular virtual Bible study time and regular virtual prayer meeting time and during the day on weekdays for godly women who want to be future female spiritual leaders either in this virtual ministry or in a ''regular church setting''. Also later tonight at virtual Bible study I'll be concluding the ''book of Daniel series'' because it's the end of the month and hope you join me for that. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called ''My Upcoming Women's Training Part 3''. Part 3 I know right? (I've written blogs about my upcoming women's training for both Part1 and Part 2 already!) There's a reason why God is having right part 3 possibly part 4 because I believe that He's urging me to push this for this precious group of women. Let me start off by saying this. My call to ministry has been a bit of a crazy ride. For those of you that may or may not know, back in 2012, I graduated from high school from being homeschooled! (My sister later did that in the year 2014 while my brother graduated from a public high school in 2018.) Not long after that, I received the baptism in the Holy Ghost evidence of speaking in tongues and enrolled at ''District School of Ministry'' or (DSOM) to study for ministry over the next four years until I finished in 2016. Y'all would think that after that training, I'd get right into ministry right? Well life didn't happen that way. Let me backup. I didn't get my first ''real job'' until 2015 when I was 21 years old when I worked in Walgreens from September until October 2015. I transitioned from being DSOM to working at Milwaukee Recreation for the next four years from February 2016 until Covid 2020! I also sought to apply for ministry positions from different churches and received countless rejection. It wasn't until 2021 that the Lord put on my heart to start a virtual Bible study that only had two people the first year! Then in 2022, He had me start a facebook group, a website called '' womenswarriorsacademy.com '', and a virtual prayer meeting. Then in 2023, He called me to write blogs and two years later in 2025, I graduated from MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College) after being there for several years and led me to start the women's training y'all now see! As of the current writing of this, I only have one student enrolled so far! So simply put ladies, my journey in creating this virtual women's ministry has come with hills and valleys and another thing I need to say is that my denomination (the Assemblies of God) that I love dearly wouldn't hire me at a regular church! I know, right? I'm not here to ''badmouth'' my denomination because many of you know that things I teach at my virtual Bible study and virtual prayer meeting were rooted from my denomination! I want y'all to know that! Another thing as I've mentioned before I still submit to a local pastor Pastor Bowen and I wrote a previous blog at a women's event that took place at my local church! Another thing you ladies may not know and I have this mentioned in the ''About Us'' tab at the womenswarriorsacademy.com website I mention in depth that I started a virtual Bible study Sunday nights because most churches don't do Sunday night services anymore! I know, right? You ladies might be wondering, ''What does us knowing this information have anything to do with the upcoming fall training?'' Well let me say this. It helps to have a good understanding about why something got started so you can better support it. Another thing I'm gonna say and I believe I mentioned in a previous blog is that not many Bible colleges out there are catered to women only. Another point to know is that not many are offered virtual, even fewer are offered to women over twenty-two years old! I know that may sound bizarre but if you ladies look at the majority of Bible colleges such as ''North Central Bible College'', ''Trinity Bible College'', ''Evangel University'', ''Texas Christian University'', ''Moody Bible Institute'', ''Pensacola Christian Academy'' just to name several, most of them cater to Christians who graduated from high school and heading straight to college! Is there anything wrong with that? No of course not! You also notice that hardly any Christian past the age of 22 enrolls at those Christian colleges! I'm just keeping it real ladies! Another factor to consider and I've mentioned before is that many of those Christian colleges I mentioned by name (and even Christian colleges I didn't mention by name) are very expensive and are far away from our state Wisconsin! Ladies, I'm just keeping it real! That also bothered me which is why I went to the Lord in prayer about this and asked Him to be a solution to the problem. The Lord laid this women's training on my heart that I'm now sharing with you ladies. I am currently offering two courses, one that one can obtain an ''adult high school diploma'' (for those who dropped out of high school and don't have their GED) where I offer basic teachings of the Christian faith and certain subjects from school with a biblical theme. The other is an associates degree course for the Associates degree program that offers the ''People Of The Spirit'' that urges one to go deeper in the Holy Ghost and trains one to be in ministry! (In the future I may get rid of the adult high school program and replace it with the bachelor's degree program) Another important point to mention is that not many Bible colleges even allow for adult high school diplomas and pray that if y'all know a Christian lady that needs to get her adult high school diploma to check out the part of the website that says ''Womens Warriors Bible College'' to enroll and get the directions. If you or another Christian lady who has her high school diploma or adult high school diploma is seeking to be trained to be in ministry, I'd encourage you ladies to also check out the ''Women's Warriors Bible College'' tab as well too. Ladies as many of you know, I'm the only leader on staff on this incredible virtual women's ministry but I've been praying to gain ''staff ministers'' for this! I also believe that the Lord wants more harvesters in the field too! My goal is to expand this women's ministry to the point that it becomes hybrid both in person and virtual! But you need staff for that and that's where this training comes in handy. I really want if any of you are reading this and have been praying to the Lord for an opportunity to go back to school or desire to be involved with ministry, I'd encourage you to consider registering for this! Another important thing I need to mention is that I plan to start these courses after Labor Day which will be September 7th which is coming up so I'd urge you to pray, not delay, and to join me with this! Like I said I only have one student so far but I've been praying and believing for more women to take this training. I'd encourage you to share this with other women from your church about this and encourage them to be a part of this! I believe that God is in the business of raising up more women ministers in this last hour to be used by Him just as He did in the Bible times if not more! I'm also praying to not only gain staff through this training but to bring more women ministers who are assistant leaders to help spark revival in Southeastern Wisconsin both in person and virtual campus! That's why this training is very important. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called ''My Latest New Life Women's Event''. For those of you that may or may not know I've been attending ''New Life Assembly Of God Church'' since Covid and have been a member there for the past five years. We've been hosting many women's events since February this year and we meet every two months. Now I wasn't the one that hosted it but I got to participate in it though and by God's grace, I've gone to every last one of those meetings! The food was free and I got to eat some fruit, some chips, and ate some good old fashioned fried chicken! I know, right? The speaker was a lady from our church, a ''matured lady'' if I can put it like that. She shared a topic that's near and dear to my heart about ''Healing From PTSD''. That's something ladies that many of you know doesn't get addressed enough in the Church as a whole like it should and I'm sure that many of you know that. She talked about how it impacts childhood, present, our future, current relationships, and even to the point of our walk with the Lord. Ladies I know that hearing that touched my heart deeply as it did the hearts of many other women. It left room for discussions and I know that after that meeting, the Holy Spirit and I had some deep conversations about that. As many of you ladies know, I've always been transparent about mental health almost throughout the year and why it matters. Another thing the speaker said and maybe some of you can relate to this, sadly in the Church as a whole Christians alot of times ''spiritualize trauma'' and that absolutely drove me and the speaker crazy! To be brutally honest ladies I believe that's what my upbringing was like despite the fact I grew up in a Christian home and despite the fact I got saved at eleven years old! I'm not badmouthing my upbringing but one big problem was mental health much less trauma was not talked about in the house. To make matters worse, encouraging to get help outside of one's parents or pastors was completely not acceptable either! Another painful reality about my upbringing too was it was encouraged to use ''religious words'' instead of addressing the deep wound. It also creates shame causing me to feel guilty for being sad, angry, and traumatized which also delayed healing! (Side note that could be why I've had some additional challenges because of the reasons that I just mentioned! But I'm happy as an adult that the Lord is continuing to help me heal and giving me practical tools to heal from my past trauma which is on an ongoing basis!) Do you ladies see why that session on Saturday August 15th meant so much to me and why it matters so much to me in my meetings especially my virtual Bible studies? (We also cover it in prayer on Tuesday nights or occasionally Monday nights depending when we meet. We pray for both the physically and mentally ill too.) The speaker did encourage the ladies to not be afraid to get practical help in addition to spiritual help. Ladies, that was music to my ears! I'm going to encourage you ladies with this, don't be afraid to get practical help if you need it! Ladies that's something that I do quite a bit! I go see a Christian counselor maybe not every week but quite a few times during the month! I tell her when I'm not okay while keeping the Lord in the center of everything! Ladies this past week when it was time to pray for those who lost loved ones, it fell on me to pray for them. One thing that I prayed for was besides them not getting bitter towards the Lord but I prayed at the virtual prayer meeting for them to get help through grief counseling if they need it! I know, right? Another thing about trauma is it impacts the emotions, the mind, and even to the point it can impact one's physical health! Ladies, I know that from experience! Any of you who have been around me long enough know some of the things I went through and how traumatizing life has been to me and how I've had to lean on the Lord. Ladies again let me emphasize if you're dealing with this, don't hesitate to reach out to your pastors or hesitate to reach out to a Christian counselor to help you through life! As a matter of fact, the very next day I shared with my new pastor Pastor Bowen just me and him after church some stuff I never told my parents about some abuse from my past without naming names! Ladies, perhaps in the future I may reveal more details about it but my pastor did pray with me about it without anyone in the congregation knowing it! I believe it wasn't a coincidence that ''New Life's Women's Event'' took place on Saturday August 15th which is where the Lord continued to do deeper work in me in order to heal. Maybe not at the meeting but certainly afterwards! The truth is none of us can change the past but we can change the future. We can learn to forgive others and ourselves, be honest about the hurt, pray,and talk to trustworthy people (especially a counselor) about it. I want you ladies to know that if you share something personal with me, especially prayer requests I'm extremely confidential with them! I want y'all to know that! I know especially when it comes to prayer requests after virtual Bible study I take it seriously what things you ladies share with me and take it to the Lord immediately. Going through trauma is alot for anyone to endure and I want y'all to know that I understand that firsthand! God is still healing me from trauma past as well as present! There are some things going on presently that I'm not at liberty to talk about right now but I trust that in time I'll reveal some more of what God has brought me out of in the time to come! That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. I don't always talk about what goes on at my local church ''New Life Assembly Of God Church'' but if it's a life impacting event I make sure to share with you ladies so y'all know that I do submit to a pastor even though he might be completely aware of this women's ministry yet! I believe that a woman leader needs to submit to a male covering in order to better fulfill her assignment. (That's for another blog for another time to better explain that!) Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is called ''A Desperate Mother Calls To Jesus''. For those of you ladies that are unfamiliar this account is mentioned in Matthew 15;21-28 and Mark 7;24-30. This woman was a pagan woman and not a Jewish woman with a demon possessed daughter! How many of you ladies know that it's serious for someone to be demon possessed? Of course this was not the first or the last time that our Lord encountered people with demon possession. There was one incident when Christ was preaching in the synagogue and a man was possessed by a devil and Christ cast it out! Another incident where Christ drove out a legion of demons out of a man mentioned in Luke 8 and in Mark 5 and his life was restored. He also cast out seven demons out of Mary Magdalene who became a female disciple and friend of His and drove out an evil spirit out of a teenager mentioned in Matthew 17, Mark 9, and Luke 9. So simply put, this situation wasn't new for Christ at all. (Side note demon possessions isn't always a physical manifestation in a person. Sometimes demonic activity could be happening that can impact a person's mind, personality, entertainment, relationships, or in the media that can influence people to do crazy things! I also believe that demons are behind narcissism and Halloween but that's for another blog for another time.) But there was a problem. Like I said this woman was a pagan and not a Jew. Mark's account mentioned that Christ needed some privacy and looked for a quiet place when this desperate mother found Him! My former pastor from my previous church believed that this woman was at her wits end. Perhaps she tried a mother's love, maybe she tried taking her daughter to the doctor but the doctor couldn't help her. Perhaps she tried her pagan religion but none of that worked. Ever heard the old saying, ''Desperate people do desperate things?'' I believe that pagan mother went to Jesus out of desperation! (I'm sure there are unsaved women going through different challenges in their family, work life, or some other area and it hasn't worked. Perhaps if they call on Jesus, things will turn around for them!) I like to believe that ''desperate people pray desperate prayers''. Now here's where the story gets a bit crazy. Even Jesus' own disciples asked Christ to have her go away! Isn't that wild? This pagan woman is in desperate need and Christ's disciples ask her to go away! But this precious mother refused to give up. Then Christ said something very interesting. He told her ''it's not right to take bread from the children's table and toss it to their dogs.'' Now I know in our modern day what He said sounds confusing but let me explain what He meant. Think about the English royal family. You know that the current king and queen consort of England are King Charles and queen consort Queen Camilla right? Well who's the heir to the throne? Well the crown prince Prince William and his wife princess consort Princess Kate are the next heirs to the throne! You might be thinking. ''What does this have to do with Jesus and this precious desperate mother?'' Would it make sense for King Charles and Queen Camilla of England to take what rightfully belongs to Prince William and Princess Kate and entrust their heir to someone outside of the family? No!!!! Of course not! Also Prince William and Princess Kate also know what rights they have because they are the heirs of the English throne. What Christ was saying is that healing is part of the children's bread and we know that Christ was sent to the house of Israel right? The Jews were the children of God's kingdom at that time. Gentiles at that time didn't have access to the gospel and according to the Jews, gentiles were considered ''dogs'' or outsiders. Let me also be clear about something else. Christ didn't say what He said because He was racist! Let me be crystal clear about that! Christ never has nor never will be racist and it breaks my heart that people who claim to be Christians are racist! (People like that need to repent in Jesus name and I'm unashamed to say that! But that's for another blog for another time). He said what He said because this was before the cross and resurrection of Christ. Prior to those events happening, Gentiles didn't have much access to the gospel as we do today. Christ was telling this woman it wasn't right to take what rightfully belongs to Israel and give it to outsiders. Then this precious mother said. ''I know Lord. But even dogs can eat the crumbs what falls from the children's table.'' For those of us that have dogs we know this to be true. I have a dog so I know! Dogs look for what food they can get right? For example you have a piece of bread and the dog wants it but it knows it probably won't get the whole thing. How many of you ladies notice that if you give a dog a crumb of food they'll eat it? I've seen that happen with my dog time and time again and it works! What this precious woman was saying was ''Lord please give me a crumb of Your blessing despite me being a pagan!'' Wow! What great faith did this woman have! Christ also commended her of her faith and the Bible goes on to say that her daughter was healed and delivered in that very hour. Whew! Ladies, what desperate situation do you find yourself in that you need Jesus to intervene in? You may not have a child or loved one that's demon possessed but you cry out to Jesus to help your loved ones don't you? I know I sure do! Perhaps you have unsaved loved ones that need to be saved or a wayward son or daughter to come back to Christ that you're concerned about. Ladies I have unsaved loved ones that I've been praying for years and asking the Lord to save them. Perhaps a loved one has an addiction and you're concerned that it's gonna take them out especially when it comes to alcohol, drugs, homosexuality, and pornography just to name a few. Maybe you're asking Jesus to deliver your loved ones from those things. Perhaps you have a loved one in prison justly or unjustly (like I do right now though I won't disclose names) and you're praying that God gets their attention. Perhaps if they're there justly for them to get saved, repent to God and victims they hurt and those unjustly there, you're praying for the Lord to bring them out and court to straighten it out! (I'm in that zone right now ladies and prayers for me and this unnamed loved one would greatly be appreciated.) Perhaps you're praying for your spouse because there's friction in the house, maybe adultery, or some other challenges going on in your marriage and you're asking Jesus to intervene. Perhaps a loved one is either physically sick or mentally ill and they desperately need a touch from heaven to make them whole. Perhaps you or a loved one are dealing with financial challenges or vocational transitions that you need Jesus' guidance for that. Either way ladies, I want you to know that Jesus cares about us and cares about those we care about. That's a good reminder right there! This precious pagan mother begged for JEsus' help because she loved her daughter and realized her daughter needed His help! Perhaps that's why you're reading this right now because you're thinking about someone that you care about that desperately needs help and let me say this. Don't give up praying for yourself and don't give up praying for them! I know that when we Christians pray God may not answer us in the way or timing we want but that's still no reason to stop praying! Be like this precious mother who hung in there and pressed into Jesus long enough until she got a breakthrough! That's what I'm determined to do for unsaved loved ones and for a loved one that's unjustly in prison that I won't stop praying until I see change. I won't stop praying until I see change in America and I won't stop praying until I see change in my life too! I pray that this blog reminds you ladies to press into the Lord and surround yourselves with other intercessors until change happens in your life and lives of your loved ones.
