Honoring Teacher's Appreciation Week
This is a subtitle for your new post
Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm taking a little break from "Mental Health Awareness" and I'm in this blog gonna talk about honoring teachers. The title for this blog is called "Honoring Teachers Appreciation Week!" Why is that important because teachers are special. Another point I need to make is what does a teacher do? Instruct? Does everyone have that gift? No!!!!!!!! I also feel that parents don't appreciate teachers as they should which is why I'm writing this blog. Another point I want to make is there's so many ways one can be a teacher. Some of the obvious ways is teaching in a "traditional classroom" such as being a preschool teacher, elementary school, middle school, high school, and college professors who do a great job teaching our kids, teens, and adults. But the other ways of teaching I want to highlight are teachers that are "in the background" of society talking about homeschool parents, (My mom homeschooled me and my siblings for years. Me and my sister were homeschooled from preschool through high school and my brother was homeschooled from preschool through middle school but attended a public school and graduated from public highschool.) teacherpreneurs, (half teachers and half business owners) and most of all teachers of the Word of God. Teachers of the Word of God definitely deserve honor in this office because we know the Bible is the most important book of all and one can be a Bible teacher in many ways. Number one one can be a pastor/teacher, a Sunday school teacher, or lead Bible studies in church, at home, or virtually! (As do I!) The Bible talks about in Ephesians 4:11 where it talks about the fivefold ministry office and it talks about an apostle, prophet, pastor, and evangelist. Wanna guess what office is included in that? It's being a teacher! Yep being a teacher is both a natural and spiritual office! So this week thank a teacher and let them know you appreciate them. Most of all pray for them because teachers naturally and spiritually go through many things. Some parents (not all) blame teachers sometimes, shootings in schools which means teachers can be in danger at the classroom and it's important to pray for their protection as well as students. Pray that students honor their teachers and pray that students will not be as "unruly" in the classroom as well. Pray that teachers of the Word of God live what they teach but also pray for God's anointing on them and pray they're sound in doctrine. (There's good and bad teachers in the natural and spiritual. Bad teachers in the spirit leave a bad taste in people's mouths and can bring spiritual damage to people as well.) Also pray for people under spiritual teachers will be receptive to God's Word as well and for the hearers to live it. Pray for homeschool parents to find balance in their schooling and home life smoothly and pray that teacherpreneurs are successful with their businesses and teaching people. Pray teachers who are Christians who teach in public schools to be salt and light and pray that all teachers to always have hearts for their students. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Blessings, happy Tuesday, and happy Teachers Appreciation Week!
